Payment

Customers can pay through Payme, FPS and bank transfer. When JUNSUI accepts the customer's order and uses the payment method we provide, the payment will be deducted immediately when the order is placed. For payment by any methods, the amount payable will be deducted from the customer’s account after the customer submits the order.

 

All orders should be paid in Hong Kong dollars.

 

The order payment must be paid in full when placing the order. If the customer's payment cannot be processed, the order will not be accepted. It is recommended that the customer resolve any issues related to the use of their payment in order to continue processing the order.

 

JUNSUI reserves the right to change the payment terms of any orders without prior notice. JUNSUI reserves the right to change the payment method for products offered online at any time through web announcements, emails and/or any other public communication methods.

 

If any order payment has been made, all refund requests must be approved by JUNSUI. JUNSUI shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense that may be incurred by the relevant customer or any person due to any delay in processing the refund.

 

The customer assures JUNSUI that he has obtained any required authorization when placing the order to use the payment method of his choice. If the customer fails to pay any amount owed, or in any unfavorable payment situation, JUNSUI reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, regardless of its nature or processing progress.

 

JUNSUI may set credit limits for each customer from time to time, and reserves the right to restrict sales, including the right to refuse to sell to any customers.

 

As part of the Internet fraud prevention measures, information about customer orders may be sent to any relevant department for verification.

 

Damaged goods return/refund

After receiving the product, the customer generally has not obtained the approval of the product (the product can be determined at its sole discretion), and the product cannot be returned/refunded.

 

The images of the products displayed on this website may not be completely consistent with the product descriptions, and are for reference only. The customer has no right to request the return of the product because the product and its online image are not exactly the same.

 

To protect your rights, please open your products for inspection immediately after receiving the goods for correctness and completeness. If you have any questions and need to return/refund the goods, please notify us within 3 working days and arrange return with JUNSUI (note that customer must have a complete packaging of goods, including the product, attachment, outer and inner packing, free gifts, etc). We will arrange the return or refund of the goods once we have completed on checking and confirming the condition of goods. Overdue is not accepted. After checking the returned damaged goods and supporting documents, JUNSUI reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of goods. If the return or exchange is accepted, regardless of the reason for the return, JUNSUI reserves the right to charge administrative fees or handling fees. In any cases, all order surcharges, including but not limited to additional delivery surcharges and cash on arrival surcharges, are not refundable, and the actual price of all free gifts will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Some of JUNSUI's products are "perishable, short-life food", please consume before the expiration date. In order to maintain the hygiene and safety of food, except that the food itself can be returned if it is defective/expired, the product will not be returned or exchanged due to deformation, loss of temperature or poor preservation of the container due to unpacking, eating or consumers.

 

The following products or situations will not accept return/refund services:

- The original packaging of product are damaged / smeared / broken / incomplete (including package wrapping paper/box has been torn off);

- Delivery list, receipt, free gift, product related accessories are lost or incomplete;

- Special remark of not available for refund/exchange products on selling;

- Issues caused by inappropriate storage of customers;

- Slight appearance issues and not affecting the quality of products during delivery (including the outer box / body / scratch and crumple on minor accessories);

- Any free gifts / attachments / samples / presents; 

- Exceed the exchange period of product count on the out for delivery day;

- Product is damaged but not asking for exchange upon collection;

- Products that are opened, used or artificial damage;

- Quality issue does not exist in the product;

- Appearances or colours difference issues occurred by computers' or mobile phones' monitors;

- Pre-order products are delayed by suppliers shipment schedule or any personal reasons.

Before the order is shipped, JUNSUI will check repeatedly to ensure that the product is of good quality and properly package for all goods. However, during the delivery journey, sometimes it is still unavoidable that the product will be damaged due to other factors. Such risks are all borne by the customer. Undertake, JUNSUI does not assume any liabilities for compensation for any losses or damage of the goods in transit, and any liabilities caused by the damage of the goods.
