Delivery Methods and Charges
【Delivery fee】
Any orders below HKD$800 will be delivered either in-person or SF-express (collected upon delivery); Free delivery will be offered to order with HKD$800 or above.
If you choose SF-express COD service at check-out, delivery fee will show as HKD$0. It means the delivery fee will be collected by the shipping company. (Except for free delivery.)
【Delivery Period】
1. In-stock Products
Delivery will be arranged within 1-2 working days in general.
2. Pre-order Products
Delivery will be arranged within 1-2 working days after separate invoice has been sent.
If there are in-stock and pre-order products / pre-order products arriving in different time appear in the same order, your order. will deliver until all products arrive. We suggest you buy the in-stock product in a separate order if you wish to collect them earlier.
Kindly reminder : our working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
【Delivery Methods】
1. Pick up in person
Upon order arrival, we will contact you by WhatsApp and notify you on the collection date and time.
2. Hong Kong SF Express
In order to deliver your order as early as possible, we arrange SF Express - to pay service for delivery. Order will deliver according to the address given on your order, and each order send to ONE address only. Please separate your order with different address if you wish to deliver in various location.
Delivery locations include SF Express Stores, EF Lockers, Commercial and Residential addresses.

Some EF lockers available for RESIDENTS ONLY. Please do not choose those EF lockers if you are not residents of the housing estate.

Please contact us if your delivery address is out of the service area.

You will receive an email/WhatsApp of order information and tracking number after shipment, you may collect the order within 4-5 working days approximately. As for pre-order order will notice separately, yet you will receive an email/WhatsApp with tracking number after shipment. When your order has arrived to your chosen EF lockers, SF Express stores or service centre, SF Express will send a SMS notification for your collection.

Please collect your parcel within the period mentioned:
- "Popular" EF lockers：within 24 hours
- "Unpopular" EF lockers：within 30 hours
- SF Express：within 3 days

All overdue parcels will be collected by SF Express. Please contact SF Express customer service hotline for any arrangements upon collection.
3. Same Day Delivery (Available for all products)
In order to deliver your order as early as possible, we arrange same day delivery for you. Order will deliver according to the address given on your order, and each order send to ONE address only. Please separate your oder with different address if you wish to deliver in various location. Delivery time will be between 3pm to 6pm everyday.

- Hong Kong Island Area: HKD $170
- Remote Areas - Mid-levels & the Peak, Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Sheung Shui, Fan Ling: HKD $200
- Aberdeen, Ap Lei Chau, Wong Chuk Hang, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun: HKD $ 220
- Airport & Tung Chung : HKD $240
