This statement is governed by the "Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance" (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Ordinance") and follows its relevant provisions.

 

This statement covers our online and offline data collection activities, including the personal data we collect through our various channels, such as websites, third-party social networks, and various activities. Please note that we may integrate personal data collected from different sources (such as websites, offline activities). For instance, we will integrate personal data originally collected through different channels. If you want to know how to refuse this process, please refer to Section 9 for more information.

 

If you fail to provide us with the necessary personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our goods and/or services. If you provide personal information, you agree to our use of your personal information in accordance with this statement. In addition, this statement will be revised from time to time (see section 11).

Customer-oriented websites operated by JUNSUI includes those operated by us under our own domain name/URL (web address) and other websites operated by us on third-party social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram).

 

Email, SMS and other electronic messages

Electronic communication interactions between you and JUNSUI.

 

The profile we create

In the course of our interaction with you, we may create personal data about you (for example, your purchase records on our website).

2. Your personal data we collect and how we collect your personal data

 

According to the way you interact with JUNSUI (online, offline, via phone, etc.), we will collect the following different types of information from you. We will take reasonable and feasible measures and try our best to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information. Without such information, it is impossible to meet your service requirements.

In order for us to improve our products and services in the future, any information describing your demographic or behavioral characteristics, such as your date of birth, age or age range, gender, geographic location (such as residential area), favorite products, Hobbies and interests and family or lifestyle information. Information from a computer/mobile device

Any information about the computer system or other technical equipment you use to browse one of our websites, such as the IP address used to connect your computer or device to the network, the type of operating system, and the type and version of the web browser. If you browse a JUNSUI website or application through a mobile device such as a smartphone, the information collected will also include your mobile phone’s unique device identification code, geographic location and other similar mobile device information if permitted.

Any content created by you and shared with us through a third-party social network or uploaded to one of our websites, such as photos, videos, personal stories or other similar media or content. Where permitted by applicable laws, we collect and publish consumer-generated content related to various activities, including competitions and other promotional activities, website community features, consumer interactions, and third-party social activities.

Third-party social network information

Any information that you publicly share on third-party social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram), or your personal information on third-party social networks that you allow the third-party social network to share with us, including you Your basic account information (such as name, email address, gender, birthday, current city, profile picture, user ID, friend list, etc.) and any other additional information or activities that you allow third-party social networks to share. Whenever you use the social network functions integrated in the JUNSUI website or whenever you interact with us through a third-party social network, we will receive your third-party social network profile information (or part of it). If you contact us, or reflect your opinions to us through "Contact Us", JUNSUI will keep your communication records.

We will process certain sensitive personal data that you provide to us with your explicit consent in advance for marketing purposes such as personalized customization and consumer services. If we process your sensitive personal data for other purposes, we will base it on the following legal basis:

3. COOKIES/similar technologies, log files and web beacons

 

3.1 What are Cookies?

For example, the e-mail we send you may contain an address link that links to the content of our website. Personalized customization (offline and online)

With your consent (when requested), we will use your personal data to

(i) analyze your preferences and habits,

(ii) predict your needs based on our analysis of your personal data,

(iii) improve and personalize your experience on our website,

We use your personal data to process your orders and deliver goods, to inform you of the status of the order, the correct address, and for authentication and other fraud detection activities. This involves the use of certain personal data and payment data.

In accordance with applicable laws, we will use your personal data for other general business purposes, such as conducting internal or market research and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

 

Legal reasons or mergers/acquisitions

If JUNSUI or its assets are acquired or merged with another company (including through bankruptcy), we will share your personal data with any of our legal successors. We will also disclose your personal data to third parties under the following circumstances:

(iii) respond to requests from competent law enforcement agencies;

In addition to the JUNSUI entities mentioned in the data controller and contact section (see section 12), we will also share your personal data with the following types of cooperative third-party organizations:

These are external companies that we use to help us operate our business (such as order fulfillment, payment processing, website operations, market research, support services, data analysis, etc.). Service providers and their selected employees are only allowed to access and use your personal information on our behalf in accordance with our instructions to complete the specific tasks that they are required to perform, and must ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal information.

 

Third-party companies use personal data for their own marketing purposes

Unless with your consent and within the scope permitted by applicable laws, we will not license or sell your personal data to third-party companies for their own marketing purposes. When obtaining your consent, we will disclose their identities to you.

We will disclose your personal information to third parties for legal reasons or in the case of acquisitions or mergers (please refer to section 5 for details).

We will use your personal data within the time period necessary to meet the purpose of collecting your personal data (as described in Section 5 above), unless it is necessary to extend the retention period or require or permit in accordance with applicable laws.

We take various reasonable measures (described below) to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. However, please note that these protection measures do not apply to information that you choose to share in public areas (such as third-party social networks).

 

People who can browse your profile

Your personal data will be processed by our authorized staff or agents on the basis of need to know and according to the specific purpose for collecting your personal data.

 

Measures taken in the operating environment

We store your personal data in an operating environment that takes reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized browsing. We follow reasonable standards to protect personal data. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we still cannot guarantee the security of data transmission via our website.

Browse your profile

You have the right to browse and view the information we hold about you, and to request a paper or electronic copy, except for exceptions provided by laws and regulations. You also have the right to obtain information about the source of your personal data.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of applicable laws, you can also

(iii) withdraw your consent to any of our data processing activities.

 

Respond to your above request

For your reasonable request, we do not charge fees in principle, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain amount of cost depending on the situation. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repeated, require excessive technical means (for example, the need to develop new systems or fundamentally change current practices), bring risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very unrealistic.

 

We hope that we can satisfy your questions about the way we process your personal data. However, if you have unresolved concerns, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
