You can register as our member for free and enjoy our special offers once you start your shopping at JUNSUI. You can use the same account for your shopping after your registration. Also, you will receive messages of our latest news and products after you become our member.
We accept credit cards, bank transfer, Payme, FPS and Octopus card.
Please finish your payment within 3 days once you have chosen your payment method except for Wagashi, otherwise your order will be CANCELLED immediately.
Wagashi and gift sets: all orders MUST BE PAID before 7pm on the same day you placed your order and provide the transaction slip to us for confirmation. Please contact us if you do not receive any confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email about your order within 1 working day after the order and payment are completed.
Normally, we will deliver our existing products within 1-2 working days, and you will receive an email/WhatsApp with order details and product tracking number once we have delivered your order. Delivery time for pre-order products will be informed separately, yet you will receive an email/WhatsApp with order details and product tracking number when orders are delivered.
If the product you ordered is out of stock or having other problems, as a result that cannot be ordered successfully; we will inform you as soon as possible and you may choose to have a FULL refund.
If you bought an existing products but not receiving a tracking number within 3 working days, please contact us at email@example.com or WhatsApp: 9823 4080. Otherwise, you will receive a notice if your products are pre-order.
We apologize that payment cannot be cancelled once the payment process has completed. Therefore, we suggest you to confirm your order before making any payment, so you can enjoy the happiness of shopping.
If you wish to make changes on any of your orders (e.g. quantity of products, receiver, shipping address, phone number, etc.). Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp: 9823 4080. We will do our best arranging for you. However we are sorry that any changes cannot be made once the product has been delivered to the authorized shipping company or ordered from the suppliers.
