Matcha is made from Tencha.
Tencha same as gyokoru uses covered cultivation method, as a results, leaves produces more nutrients when they are under cover. After tencha being collected and transform to powder becomes matcha. Although matcha is a very rich green tea, good quality matcha present aftertaste and bitterless.
As matcha using the whole tea leave, thus it contains high nutritions, and may improves skin, body detox and reduces cancer cell. Japanese used matcha as medicine in ancient times.
JUNSUI's matcha are made by stone mill. It can only be produced 40g per hour, which show the delicacy of it.
