JUNSUI's hojicha uses Shizuoka premium sencha tea leaves for toasting. Tea leaves includes both leaves and stems, golden in colour, contains toasted aroma, fresh and intense taste, bitterless. The contenr of caffeine and tannic acid in tea leaves are very low because of the high temperature toasting process, thus pregnant women, elderly and children are able to drink safely.
