Product Description: The most representative of ceramics in Japan must be Arita ware. Arita waare is produced in Arita-cho, Sara prefecture in Kyushu. It is the earliest production of Japanese ceramics and nominated as the traditional craft of Japan in 1977. The charateristics of Arita are light, thin, white ceramic matching with blue traditional Japanese pattern, and the texture is smooth as glass yet solid. The advantages of Arita ware are scratch resistant, heatproof and durable.
