Kaga's famous stem hojicha is a tea of Kaga in Ishikawa prefecture, people who have been to Kanazawa may have tried before. It is called stem tea as it toasts a stick-like stem to produce tea.
Kagaboucha uses traditional method to toast with a unique aroma 'Pyrazine', and it tastes sweet. Caffeine of this also lower than sencha, suitable for drinking at anytime during the day.
